Terms of Use
Updated September 27, 2026
These Terms govern access to Today Brazil and its informational intelligence content.
1. Service
Today Brazil collects, organizes and summarizes public information about Brazilian business, markets and regulation. Content is informational and is not investment advice.
2. Account
- Registration is personal and supplied information must be accurate.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and account activity.
- Access may depend on the entitlement assigned to the profile.
3. Subscription and payment
- Plans and prices are those shown on the site at the time of purchase. Currency follows the country of access: Brazilian reais in Brazil, US dollars elsewhere.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- On the monthly plan, the subscription is recurring and renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
- The annual plan is a single payment granting twelve months of access, and it does not renew on its own. We email a reminder two days before it expires, and renewing is a new purchase you choose to make.
- For the first seven days after purchase, every plan receives the full Enterprise coverage. This is a coverage courtesy: it does not change the amount charged and is separate from the withdrawal period described below.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
- Withdrawal: you may withdraw from the purchase within seven calendar days of buying and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancelling within that period, from your account on the site, issues the refund immediately, and access to the content ends at that moment.
- Renewing the monthly plan does not reopen that period: the seven days run from the original purchase. Renewing the annual plan does, because it is a new purchase.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. On cards, the credit usually appears on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on the issuer. Boleto payments cannot be refunded through the billing system: in that case our team returns the amount by Pix within five business days, and we ask for your Pix key by email.
- After seven days, cancelling ends billing and prevents any new charge, but the period already paid for is preserved: you keep receiving the editions until its last day.
- You may cancel at any time from the subscriber area, with no prior contact and no minimum commitment.
5. Monitor B3
- Monitor B3 is a product separate from the briefing: it follows the companies you choose and delivers their CVM filings, summarized with the official PDF, plus their news, through a daily email and a reading page that requires sign-in.
- The price is the one shown on the Monitor page at the time of purchase. Billing is per monitored company, starting from one. In Brazil: R$29.90 per company, per month. Outside Brazil: $9.90 per company, per month.
- The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You may swap companies within the quantity purchased; increasing the quantity requires a new purchase.
- Payment is by card and, for purchases from Brazil, also by boleto, in which case the subscription activates once the payment clears.
- The seven-day withdrawal period and the cancellation rules above also apply to the Monitor. Cancel from the Monitor page, under My subscription.
