These Terms govern access to and use of TodayBrazil. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. The service

TodayBrazil is a news-intelligence platform that collects, organizes and classifies public third-party content and produces sector briefings. The news platform and weekly Panorama are free; Smart Feeds are paid subscriptions organized into five business verticals.

2. Account and registration

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
Registration is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for activity in your account.
You must have legal capacity to contract. Minors must be represented by a legal guardian.

3. Smart Feeds, payments and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed for the selected period through PagBank.
Access remains available while the subscription is active.
You may cancel at any time without a penalty; cancellation stops future renewals.
Refunds follow applicable law and the policy presented at checkout.

4. Permitted use

You must not use the Platform unlawfully, bypass access limits, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale or redistribute content in violation of third-party rights.

5. Third-party content

Headlines, excerpts and links belong to their publishers and are shown for information with attribution. TodayBrazil does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party content. Editorial summaries may contain inaccuracies.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, layout, original editorial texts and Platform software are protected. Using the Platform does not transfer intellectual-property rights to you.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for decisions based on displayed information. Liability will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months before the event.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform; continued use means acceptance of the current version.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where applicable, disputes will be heard in the courts of the user’s domicile.
